Noah & The Void
Noah & The Void—the vulnerable, genre-fluid project of 27-year-old singer-songwriter Noah Chartier—returns with a shimmering new single, “Love Comes Free,” a euphoric alt-pop anthem that radiates emotional honesty, personal growth, and quiet triumph.
Born from a simple moment in Chartier’s backyard, guitar in hand and his dog by his side, the track evolved from a playful strum into something far more profound. Anchored in Chartier’s signature blend of folk-inspired soul and widescreen alt-pop, “Love Comes Free” feels tailor-made for cathartic late-night drives, its layers of joy and struggle folded into a melody that sticks.
“For me, this song feels like a release,” Chartier explains. “I feel lighter, and happier after realizing there’s good things that come when you least expect it—for as long as you put love into the world, it seems to find a way back.”
Chartier, a former Berklee College of Music student who left school to pursue music on his own terms, has consistently used Noah & The Void as a platform for more than just songs. The project doubles as a mission-driven effort focused on mental health awareness, personal storytelling, and emotional transparency. Every stream counts: 100% of revenue from the project is donated to pediatric cancer research through Evan’s Crew, a nonprofit created in honor of Chartier’s close friend, Evan. To date, Noah & The Void has helped raise over $1 million for the cause.
“Everyone has a Void,” says Chartier. “This project is about recognizing that struggle—and showing people that it’s okay to feel, and okay to ask for help.”
“Love Comes Free” is as much a mantra as it is a song. It pulses with the idea that connection, healing, and happiness are possible, even in life’s darkest corners. It’s a track that refuses to shy away from what hurts—and instead offers a hand to anyone who needs it.
